“I started painting with oils, did some acrylics and silk painting, but the medium I enjoy most is watercolour. I like the softness I can get, also the radiance and purity of colour and the depth I can achieve.
I have been asked many times why my paintings are so peaceful when my life has been the opposite. A brush with cancer in 1993 has made me realize that each new day is a gift to cherish. God has given me many gifts, painting being one of them. My inspiration comes from Him and His beautiful world. I share this peace, this beauty, through my paintings.”
